Why the lack of updates?

Well, i am changing hosts and making a new layout and I am changing it to PHP, only I can't get the darn thing to work. I'll let you know when it is and there probably won't be any updates until it does, or unless I give up and go back to iframes, which I don't want to do. If anyone can help me, please email me annoyed

Winner of the Mega Contest

It's what you've all been waiting for! The results of the mega contest!

I had many great entries and lots of good reasons but unfortunately, only one person can win. But what I've also decided to do, 2nd and 3rd place get 2 weeks free advertising!

Well, in first place is Neo Expressions! grin

And this was their reason:

Neo-Expressions started out as just a crazy thought. I had no idea how to make graphics, didn't know the meaning of HTML, and was a complete newbie to Neopets.com...
But it happened.

I learned from all my friends, from others from Neopets.com, I got all of this knowledge through a child's-site and now I'm running an amazing website FOR that same site...

Ironic, isn't it? But the feeling I get more than irony from my site is happiness. Because every time I open my Internet Explorer, it goes straight to my website, and it makes me happy to know that /I/ made it and that /I'm/ still working to make it bigger and better...

It all started out as a thought but it's a very real reality now, and I want to let everyone know by entering this competition. To let everyone know that someone who doesn't even know what "HTML" is somehow managed Neo-Expressions ( :

In second place was Got to Go and in 3rd place was Chosen Destinies.

I love their reason and they will be contacted shortly, along with all the other participants.

I have also changed hosts to Chelsea so you can also visit our site at http://www.colorless.soo-sweet.net. It's not completely set up but it will be soon.

Also, when the site is completely set up, I will be opening a new service, Cutenews Hosting! So keep an eye out for that love

My dad only let me have an hour on the computer today so I had to rush through things annoyed

It may sound like an hour is a long time, but trust me, for me it isn't

Ok, well I finally decided to make some graphics. I started with 3 new glitter names for all you Amelia's, Camilla's and Natalie's out there. If you want your name done, just leave a comment smile

I also decided to get rid of 3 ugly hiatus signs and replaced them with 1 new one. I quite like this one, I think it's very pretty.

Also, today is the last day for the mega competition entries. Also, the wufoo forms will probably go down later today because they're ahving a manteinance thingy so please try get them in quickly. All the entries so far have been good.

Some of you might be wondering why the SOTM isn't currently running. I'm having a break from it so it should start again next month.

I think that's all I had to say... yep it is! Remember you can give me ideas for what graphics you want!

Anyways, I made ANOTHER 2 guides cute

I really want to expand our written section. But I am still open to graphic suggestions. Please, give me some ideas!

Ok, well the first guide I wrote was on codestones.

The second one I wrote was a game guide on Hasee Bounce. I think I really need to start adding some more game guides irritated

I am also going to be holding a random give-away. Just post your neopets username and you could win.

Hidden Inspiration

I have not made anything, as I have had no inspiration! If you have any ideas, please give them to me annoyed

Anyway, I'm back from Inverloch. It was really fun but we didn't get to swim at the beach because it was too cold but we did go rock pooling and saw heaps of star fish and crabs.

I am going to leave the mega competition open for a little longer so go enter, it's still open.

Also, I am still thinknig about the name change and a change of hosting, so please read the previous post and give me what you think on the names I listed smile

My Inner Author

Well, I decided to bring out my inner author and so I wrote 2 new written pieces.

The first one is on Jelly World so go have a read.

I also recently got Adobe Photoshop and have been experimenting a little so I wrote a guide on that about Fading Borders.

I also realised I didn't put up the chat box yesterday so I added it today grin

and just incase any of you were wondering, on that little part about me on the layout, it says petals because when I was a baby I had really rosey coloured cheeks so my nanna always called me petals.

Also, back onto maybe changing the name, I have a few ideas here so if you like any of them, please tell me. Doesn't mean I'll necesarily change the name but just to give me some insight cute

Sorry guys AGAIN for my inactivity. But I made you all a new website layout. It's nature themed so I added catergories to the website page, it is under misc. THe pictures where taken by me from a rainforest in Queensland. I am working on a celeb layout, my first ever scared

It is also going to be different than the usual layouts I make. Wish me luck, lol.

Well, I am going to be taking a short 3 day hiatus, the site will still be open but I just need a break, yes I know I have already had one but.... it's complicated, well bye!

Yes, unfortunately I have been very sick sick

, that is why I have not been updating.

Well, I'm feeling a bit better now so I decided to do some stuff.

All emails are now FINALLY answered. The contestants have been updated on the mega contest, remember guys, you need to add the contest button to your website layout. Also, the mega contest is just about winning some prizes. Fill out the form and say why you should win and you could win! lol cute

I made two glitters,

I just found uot about the Jonas Brothers and they're totally awesome! lol, I downloaded their cd smile

Ok, well, I've been playing footy all day on the school girls footy team. We won 1 game out of 4 so we don't move on annoyed

Tackling was so fun, we grabbed them around the waist and got the ball out of the oppositions hands cute

I am so sore though and now I've got a netball game dead

Yippee! So let me get started on the new things.

First off, we have a whole new layout! Do you like it? Also, if you scroll down under the cutenews are the affies, partners and top affies. Affiliates are displayed with 25x25 buttons, top affies 30x30 and partners 40x40. Also we are now only accepting 30 affiliates.
I also did an affie check and here are the results. If your site isn't mentioned, you have passed, if you get FAILED you failed and if you get Unsure it means I can't access your site and haven't been able to for a while or you've been on hiatus for too long and are thinking of closing.
